Utah Storytelling Events

Welcome Message and Opportunities

Thank you for your patience as we switch from the "old" email list to this professional one through AWeber Communications.

After watering your gardens, water your imagination with one or more Utah storytelling events.  If you know any events that are open to the public, then please email me.  Deadline to submit is every 1st and 15th of the month.

Workshop proposals are due by June 15th, 2009 in connection with the 2010 National Storytelling Conference in L.A. as well as for the 2010 Timpanogos Storytelling Conference in Provo.  Go to www.storynet.org and www.timpfest.org respectively.

Enjoy the newest blog entry "Storytelling Lessons for Kids: 5 Ways to Go Beyond What Piano Can Give Them" at www.storytellingadventures.blogspot.com.

Another blog is "Family Famine: Hunger for Love" that has posts beyond the narrative production premiere and focuses on the artistic and marketing journey at http://www.familyfamine.blogspot.com.  A support group is also available on Facebook.  You can order a copy of the premiere DVD online through Paypal.

When you follow StorytellingAdv on Twitter, you will receive the daily "YouthTellerTip" besides everyday comments from me.

Until we tell again,

Rachel Hedman
Professional Storyteller
Utah Storytelling Guild President-Elect
Tel:  (801) 870-5799
