Join at tinyurl.com/EStoryStream or find YouTube Channel -- Storytelling with Eth-Noh-Tec
Eth-Noh-Tec dredges up from the darkest tales of demons, talking corpses, vengeful ghosts from China, Tibet, India and morbidly more. Known for their style of movement theater storytelling, Eth-Noh-Tec will feature one of their signature tales, “The Dirtball”, inspired by the 16th Century folk writer, Pu Songling and his version “the Painted Skin”: A kind old couple take in a servant girl, rescuing her from a cruel master. The sweet
young thing is not what she appears to be. The only hope of surviving nights of terror is to follow the instructions of a wild and crazy itinerant: “Eat the Dirtball!”

storytelling. Telling the right story, at the right time, in the right way, has the power to clarify, connect with and create curiosity in the listeners’ mind. Stories and the wisdom they bring just make the world more inviting. Join in for a session on Storytelling in STEAM Education. What is Stories in Living Color? Storytellers working together to learn about race, and unlearn racism and discrimination. Storytellers of different races, or from communities that face discrimination have teamed up and crafted individual, but "paired" stories; stories that intersect and illustrate aspects of race, racism, and discrimination. Our goal is to uncover our individual
racist and discriminatory tendencies, unlearn those tendencies, and together help to change our society.
This event is a co-production of the Storytelling Association of California and Six Feet Apart Productions and features Stories in Black and White, told by paired black and white storytellers.
