Monday, May 31,
2018--
The Old Capitol Storytelling Festival committee has elected to change the way tellers are selected and move the selection process up to allow more time for publicity and to involve selected English and drama students in Millard County high schools to participate in the selection process. We would like to invite all who tell true stories, historical or
contemporary, that took place within the boundaries of the old Utah territory, 1850 to 1860, to apply. That area includes all of present-day Utah, all of Nevada north of the 37th parallel, the western quarter of Colorado, and the southwestern corner of Wyoming. The festival would need to receive your video audition by Monday, May 31, 2018 You can email it or a
link to it to Abe Johnson at ajohnson76@frontier. Deadline has been extended from Monday, May 21 due to consideration of Story Crossroads during week of May 21-24. Thanks are extended to the Old Capitol Storytelling Festival Committee.
