August 10th is the deadline for the 2012 National Storytelling Conference (June 28-July 1) workshop proposals.  August 31st is the deadline for being part of the Fringe lottery with this same event.  See http://www.storynet.org for details.

Youth Chapters through the Utah Storytelling Guild kick-start September-May 2011 of monthly gatherings in Ogden and Salt Lake City.  For more info, email usgmemo@gmail.com.
