October 19, 2010 will be story auditions for the Haunted Tales event on October 25, 2010.  Stories need to be geared for 10-year-olds and younger.  More info at http://www.murray.utah.gov or in this email.

November 1, 2010 will be the first day that applications/auditions will be accepted for the June 2011 Utah Arts Festival.  See http://www.uaf.org.

November 19-20, 2010 will be StorySwap, the Utah's part in the national event Tellabration!  More details and schedule at http://www.tinyurl.com/utstoryswap.

The night consists of performance, workshop, and hands-on activities.  Before the event, a background survey and consent form will be completed as this is part of a Storytelling Masters thesis.  Couples will email a paragraph once a week for 7 weeks on the impact, if any, on their parenting.  Confidentiality will be maintained for the written responses.
