On March 6, 2021, we were greeted by Laura Packer with personal welcomes to each participant...of which I had never seen the like before! She delved deep into characters in our stories and we made discoveries to energize our tellings.
While originally to hold our 50th House Concert on March 26, 2021...we moved it to April 1, 2021, no foolin'. The weather would be cold and wet. We were out in the snow for December but it was light and perfect. Cold and wet is different. Dale Boam performed hilarious stories mostly inspired by adventures with
his grandfather and questionable acts involving young Dale. As part of the 50th Celebration, this particular recording will include American Sign Language. You can still order that recording at http://www.storycrossroads.org/recordings. It will release on May 1 yet still can be ordered to the last day it's available on May 14.
On April 17, 2021, we explored daily and quick exercises led by Ginger Parkinson. We made a commitment to do better and observe more around us. We also discovered the sketchbook talent of her husband, Ken Parkinson, that inspired 3-sentence stories.
